After the great success of our first Sourdough classes, Chris Wellard, a Sydney trained chef now based in Inverell who has a passion for high quality artisan baking is coming back!
Chris specialises in Sourdough and fine pastry products made with top quality local ingredients.
In this class we will be mixing, fermenting, shaping, proving and baking bread, all whilst learning about the gut health benefits of sourdough.
You will leave the workshop with your own starter to nourish and a loaf tin with your own dough for you to bake the following day at home.
Morning tea of freshly baked sourdough and homemade jam will be served and lots of laugh will be had.
